The Lilac Villa is newly constructed and was completed in the summer 2013. The villa is situated in a quiet and secure sea side residential neighborhood.
There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, each of which feature an incredible view of the ocean. Upstairs features two identical en-suite master bedrooms both of which open onto the large upper terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steal appliances and features a granite island seating which expands outside as a focal point for conversation and relaxed dining on the tiled terrace.
Fully equipped, the coastal get-away features cable HD TV, local phone and wi-fi. The traditional yet contemporary Barbados multi-louvered house design provides constant flowing ocean breeze and a cool airy atmosphere. At night and during quiet moments of the day, you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below.
The immaculately maintained 200 square foot pool faces the cliff with ledge seating for meditating on the deep blue and turquoise horizon. A gas-fired BBQ allows for quick grilling of fresh fish from Ousters market. The villa is situated less than 15 minutes from the airport, the safe residential neighborhood is quiet in the evenings for relaxing strolls along the escarpment and lanes.
Two beautiful white sandy beaches, including the world-famous Crane resort, are within 10 minutes’ drive north of the house, and more calm Caribbean beaches are plentiful 15-30 minutes south along the coast to Bridgetown. There is a grocery store and bakery situated just a short walk from the villa, with a quick connection to the main island highway allowing fast access to tourist areas.
